Mail / return your completed application form to the local union office in your area. The local union office will verify your application form and forward it to the training fund office. The Training Center cannot accept applications that have not been processed through your local union office. |

The training center will mail a "Notice-to-Attend" complete with all details of the training to your home address. It is your responsibility to notify the training fund office if you are unable to attend the class for any reason. Simply call the Training Center, day, night or weekends, at (636) 585-2391 and leave a message on the recorder. |
